Do I need to sign in?
No. The questions, plan and lessons work without an account. Your progress is saved in your own browser on your own device.
Where are my answers stored? Who can see them?
Only in your browser on your device. They are not sent to Bigsun or anyone else, there is no hidden profiling and no tracking of your answers. Anyone who uses the same browser on the same device could see them, so use “Forget them when I close this tab” on a shared computer. You can download a backup and delete everything from the My report page.
What if I clear my browser data or change phone?
Your saved work will be gone from that browser. Download the backup file from My report, and restore it on the other device. Automatic syncing across devices would need sign-in and a secure database, which has not been decided yet.
Is “Identify Yourself” a psychological test?
No. It is an exploratory career-guidance questionnaire made for this programme. It is not clinically validated, gives no IQ score or label, and cannot show how well you will do a job.
Can the questions reject me or say I am unsuitable?
No. Nothing here accepts, rejects or labels anyone. A suggestion is a starting point that you can question, change or retake. Any significant decision about you would involve a person, not only a questionnaire.
Do you ask about my family or circumstances?
No. We do not ask about family relationships, marital status, caregiving, finances, health, disability or religion, and none of these can affect the suggestion.
Do I need qualifications?
You can begin without them. Some employers ask for particular qualifications, and we explain this for each direction. We cannot promise any employer will relax a requirement, so ask each one directly. A few things, such as legally regulated work, cannot be waived.
Do I need prior IT experience?
No. Week 1 starts from the basics.
How much time will I need?
About 60 to 90 minutes a day, five days a week is suggested, for four weeks. You can pause and resume.
Will I get a certificate or a job?
When you finish every lesson in order and pass the practice tasks (at least 80% correct, and you can retry), you can print a Bigsun Technologies Pvt. Ltd. certificate of completion. It recognises the learning and practice you did. Bigsun cannot promise a job, a salary or a placement, and fees and placement support are still to be announced.
Who checks my practical work?
Every task is checked straight away in your browser, so you never have to write anything. You can retry any task. How trainer support will work is still to be announced.
Is the TDS and GST material tax advice?
No. It is general education using current public information and may change. Check official sources and ask a qualified professional before relying on it.
What happens after I apply?
Pressing Submit sends your details straight to Bigsun. We only say it was received once Bigsun has confirmed it. Bigsun will respond to enquiries, but a place or a job is not guaranteed.
