How the suggestion is made

The questions look at four separate things: how you tend to work, what interests you, a few short skill checks, and later what you actually show in practical tasks. Your education, experience, family, marital status, finances, health or religion are not used to make the suggestion. “I am not sure” is always an allowed answer.

Your answers are compared with a profile of each direction to find the closest match. The profiles are a starting point drawn up for this programme and will be reviewed with trainers and employers. A questionnaire cannot show how well you will do a job, which is why the practical tasks matter.

Qualifications

Some employers ask for particular qualifications. For each direction we explain what you can learn, what employers often ask for, and what cannot responsibly be waived (for example, signing statutory work). A gap is a reason to plan, such as a bridging role or more study, not a reason to stop. Bigsun cannot promise that any employer will relax a requirement.

What is available now, and what is not decided

• Available now: the questions, your suggested direction, the four-week plan, lessons, practice tasks and your completion certificate, all free to use in your browser.
• Still to be announced: fees, trainer support arrangements, batch dates, employer connections and placement support. We will not guess these.
• Jobs and pay: Bigsun cannot promise a job, salary or placement. Roles, pay and remote options depend on the employer, your location and your experience. Treat any pay figure you see elsewhere as a general guide only.

Pace

About 60 to 90 minutes a day, five days a week is suggested. It is not a test of commitment: life is busy, you can pause and resume, and your progress waits for you on the same device.
